M4A Audio Converter processes audio conversions entirely on your device. Your audio files are never uploaded to or transmitted through any server.

• Anonymous advertising identifiers and usage data collected by third-party ad providers
• In-app purchase status (for the ad removal feature)

How We Use Your Data

• Audio files are processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers
• The App does not require account creation
• We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, or phone number
• Converted files are stored on your device and are not exported by the App

Advertising & Third-Party Services

The free version of our App displays advertisements. Ad services may be provided through third-party providers (such as Google AdMob), which may collect anonymous advertising data under their own privacy policies.

• Ads may be personalized using your Advertising ID
• You can disable ad personalization in your device settings
• You can permanently remove ads via the in-app purchase option

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. This transaction is processed through Google Play or Apple App Store infrastructure. Payment information is handled by those platforms' secure systems and is not stored by Emileyt.

Data Security

Your audio files are held in the app's temporary memory only for the duration of the conversion process. Once processing is complete, temporary data is cleared. No audio data is stored on our servers.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from this age group. If you believe a child's personal data has been collected, please contact us.

Your Rights

Since our App does not collect personal data, there are no personal records to delete or correct. You can manage your ad preferences and reset your advertising ID through your device settings.
